And, what's more, Superman discovered that his meddling with time made that particular universe very unstable-enough so that he had to leave it at once, never to return!

Yeah,I grew up reading those same DC comics and/or the reprints of ones created before I was born. (1957)

Infinite number of universes= infinite number of possibilities!

I have loved time travel, alternate timelines, and the idea of a multiverse since 1963, when I first learned to read and thus, began to read comic books.

TOS came along in fall 1966.

I loved it!

CITY ON THE EDGE OF FOREVER and THE DOOMSDAY MACHINE are my 2 favorite TOS episodes.

So, when JJ Abrams' vision of Star Trek came along, I loved it from the first two minutes.

Loved the time travel - alternate dimensions in time and space bit!!

Time travel is my favorite science fiction motif!

The acting was spot on.

Story/script= splendid!

Casting = inspired!

I'm hoping the sequel is as good or better!!

Loved "FLASH OF TWO WORLDS"!

I know you've read that one!

I would like to recommend a book by Lester Del Rey: TUNNEL THROUGH TIME.

It's a kid's book, in the same vein as HAVE SPACESUIT, WILL TRAVEL, by Robert Heinlein.

It's a very good read!

I will check out the book you mentioned.
