Apparently "I" invited everybody to the Biggest Loser on Facebook... somehow I have been hacked by some lame Richard Simmons-wannabe hacker that also randomly said "Hi" to my aunt... very strange. Anyway, the result of "me" doing so is that Dave and I are going to have our own Loser competition, so we'll be joining you in Diet Town!

That's awesome! Good for you :) Keep up the good work. It sucks royally, but you will find that you feel better at the end of the day. But remember not to deprive yourself of the things that you REALLY want. If I'm craving, say, a milkshake for days on end, I'll go and get a milkshake and usually that satisfies me until my next craving. The sad part is that I'm always craving SOMETHING.
