Strangely enough, I used to work as the manager for the Property Owner's Association for Fairfield Resorts. I've never gone through the timeshare sales pitch myself - it was enough to hear all the sad stories about people who succumbed to the pressure and signed. The easiest route to take is to sign right away, and then exercise your "right of recision" to change your mind. :)
