While it may not be "within your human capacity to predict and pre inform"
customers of outages, it should be within your human capacity to send me an
email letting me know when the issue has been resolved, saving me from the
frustration of dealing with your irritating interface.
I trust my bill will be sufficiently adjusted for my continuing
disappointment.
