i'll make $118 today..whatever i wish i was sleeping..oh well gotta pay the bills right? also gotta start saving for my wedding..wow that sounds so weird..my buddy's wedding cost $16,000..tahts hectic..no way my wedding would be that expensive, but i also won't be having an open bar at my wedding..soo that'll save a few grand there..but see i duno ( Read more... )

do a social!

the point of wedding socials arent to get people smashed. thats the point of any other social. :P everybody knows a wedding social is to fundraise for the wedding. of course youll get the odd few hammered people, but thats not your responsibility! the majority of people you know and invite will come with support in mind, not getting drunk! there are other ways to make money off a social (tickets, silent auctions, raffles, etc) so dooont even worry about the moral conviction piece!

+hmm..i don't know. i think a bunch of the people you know WOULD get smashed [no offense bren!]! but i have to say, if you could get some serious cash flow from it, it would be pretty nice. i think you've already decided against it though haven't you?
[and i think the moral conviction piece is sort of a big part mike...]
+lol. i think the difference between light pink and her not eating pork are sort of two different things.

ryan from church (not mcnabb) applied for a job as a boarder patrol and i dont remember how much he said he'd make, but i think he said it was alot...maybe you should look into that?

problem being i would have to move to like emerson..or else i would drive 2 hours to work every day and then 2 hours back..unless they had like 12 hour shifts and paid more than $30 an hour i dont think id be into it..buut maybe i'll ask ryan :)
