Wyatt orbed Savannah over to the Lighthouse Cottage as soon as she asked. Which was good, because there was no way that Savannah would have gone alone right now. She was in no mood to be walking alone and wondering what darkness was real and what wasn't.
She gave her big brother -- her whitelighter and goddess that hurt like hell -- a faint smile before swallowing hard and looking at the door.
"Sean and Annja will probably make me stay with them tonight. I'm all Sean has ..." Savannah clenched her fists at her side to get her control back.
Taking a deep breath, she knocked lightly on the door.
Sean answered the door quickly. "Savannah? What's wrong?" The look on her face told him something was, even if he didn't know what exactly and even if she was trying to hide it. She was family, he knew how to read her.
He shook his head and stepped back. "Come on in." He turned slightly to call to Annja who was at the door.
She looked over to where Wyatt had stuck around for a few moments and then she looked back at Sean and Annja. Her only relatives unless Eve made it back here with Gwynn.
"They're all gone," she whispered, struggling to keep her voice even and calm. "I'm the only one left and that's thanks to Wyatt."
