You may have heard some of these questions (some from me) or thought of them yourself:
  • Why does only the iPhone have visual voicemail?
  • If I can make calls for free using skype from one computer to another why can't my phone automatically know if I'm calling a computer and switch to that when wifi is available? (if the phone has wifi built into it)

uh, i dont have an iphone but i DO have visual voicemail. i guess the samsung instinct doesnt stink as bad as i once thought! :)

I have visual voicemail too on my Motorola Krave. And it's a flip touch screen phone so Iphone be damned! lol

Hopefully Google Wave will catch on.. the initial demo/presentation looked pretty impressive, and it does indeed try to merge email, IM, wiki, and cross-site commenting. Check out the video on http://wave.google.com/.
