Weight Loss Tips ala Ben

Everything looks great! I'm glad to hear that you're taking the "diet is the food I eat, not a special short-term weight-loss plan" approach. I HATE the notion of "dieting" because it totally messes with the meaning of the word! Also, I'm assuming you aren't drinking much cola/soda/pop/whatever, but you might still want to avoid diet and just drink regular. My mom was an AVID "Diet cola is better for you because it has less sugar, blah, blah, blah" for YEARS (basically my whole life until about 3 years ago) and even she has finally admitted that diet is just as bad, if not worse, for you than regular. And, you may as well enjoy your splurges anyway! Just my little soapbox rant.

Oh, and do you have ANY pictures? We haven't seen you in a LONG time, so I'm a tad curious how much different you look now!
