Recommendation: use delicious. Its a thousand times better than silly static bookmarks. Plus, you add tags to each thing. Its a far superior way to organize them.
I don't know how convenient it is to use from IE though, since I haven't used it in a couple of years. But I just right click - delicious - and then type in a couple of tags. gorgeous.
Oh, and if you're using a smart webbrowser? You can automagically use the rss feed from delicious so that your (latest) delicious bookmarks will show up like regular bookmarks in your browser.
my room isnt that messy, well today (friday) it is but thats because clothes and shit need to be taken care of if our roommate didnt own the washer it would be much better. but i am talking to you now so die
