ya, today was absolutely the best work out ever...lets see? 6x100 drill stroke on 2mins, then 4x50 stroke, 2x100 stroke, 3x200 stroke, do all that three times, with decreasing base intervals of 1min, 55sec, 50sec...in my memory, thats proly one o the only sets i couldnt finish....maybe it was the medicine ball...my body right now is so torn up...
