I forgot to post yesterday my weekly work out. I may have to skip next weekend, as I'll be out of town hopefully, but if I get back on Sunday with enough time I'm going for it ( Read more... ) -
3rd week
I had to do it today on Sunday this week, because my Saturday was so packed it was crazy.
Bike: 20 min, 7.5 km
Tread: 20 min. 1.25 miles
Swim: 20 laps in 27 min. (18 laps is a half mile) -

Today was my second triathlon work out. The pool was full so I did 30 minutes on the bike and on the treadmill. I talked with Mugz and it looks like we're both going to give a triathlon at try next year ( Read more... ) -
