Another great Italian place: Botticelli, No.3 Temple Bar.
Kitschy but amusing: Judge Roy Beans
The National Gallery is amazing, and free. Dead impressive even if you're not into artsy crap. ;) They have Frederic Burton's Meeting on the Turret Stairs, which I just know contains the answer to the riddle of life.
Also...if you walk out of the door to Botticelli, and turn left, the next block starts with a huge pub...can't remember the name of it, but we first heard a strange version of Simon and Garfunkel's Bridge over Troubled Water coming from it, and ended up spending two nights in a row there. Cool place, if incredibly crowded.
