i/m going to have to go out on a limb and guess that it isn/t necessarily their parents that are teaching fifth graders about having orgies in front of classmates.

Thats not what I meant. Obviously they aren't teaching them right from wrong, or what is unacceptable behavior....or even paying attention to their kids.
