Note to self:
If you drink a lot on a given night, do not eat greasy breakfast the next morning, it never ends well for you and ruins a morning pretty quick...
Note to self:
Buy cheaper beer so there is money left over for Pepto-Bismol

I am somewhat disheartened by you inability to feed me decent quality alcohol. It causes me to get all Biled up and havce to send you a message about proper etiquite to your insides.
#1 Purchase only fine Canadain Beer or Spirits.
#2 Before going to sleep drink 2 large glasses of water, placing a third beside your bed or choice place of passing out.
#3 Wake up and drink #2's third glass
#4 Eat 2 sausage Mc Muffins and 1 large Coffee, black.
#5 Congradulate shifter on re-uniting you with the ability to drink 5 to 6 nights a week and function
