Great proposal! How on earth do you make vegan duck a la orange?

Relatively easily Holland & Barrett have some vegan duck things that taste JUST like duck! They're totes amazeballs and delicious to the max. I then just made an orange sauce to go over it and cooked some veg etc. It seemed like it was going totally wrong but ended up lovely :)
