I misinterpreted this: "Give her a ring or shoot her a message.." hahaha. My first reaction was like "Put on those brakes". But after reading it, it made sense.

Hey, RELAX. Don't overthink it. If funds are a problem, then go for something less. For me, personally, I get a bit freaked out if a guy overplans and tries too hard. If you're having fun, chances are, she is too! So just do something that you'll enjoy, with plenty of time to talk and laugh about silly things.

Even if it's just a friendship thing, I'm willing to bet than one fun night out with her will be worth remembering.
