I'm trying to lose a similar amount of weight, and I'm doing the Insulin-Resistance diet. It's really easy to follow and I don't get very hungry on it. I would suggest looking into it. If you need something a bit more regimented and planned, Weight Watchers would be good if they have that where you are.
It's technically a program for people with IR (Insulin Resistance) or for diabetics, but it's been shown to be effective in people who have neither. IR is also one of those things that is quite common but is diagnosed infrequently, so a lot of us may have it and not know it. I have been diagnosed with neither, but this was recommended to me because I have PCOS, and I can lose usually between 10-15 pounds a month on it. It basically tries to keep your insulin levels in a "safe" range. If you eat a lot of carbs in one sitting, your insulin level, even if you don't have an insulin problem, is going to spike. After it spikes, it drops down really low, and when your insulin is low, it triggers your body to store fat. If you pair carbs with protein though, it's supposed to keep the insulin from spiking.
