1) Was 2006 a good year for you?
oh god yes. i havent felt this 'free' in some years. no shackles, no weird friendships, and above all else no fighting with people for once.
2) What was your favourite moment of the year?
without a shadow of a doubt my 21st birthday party, despite being marred by the presence of one egotistical fucker. but one bad man cant disrupt a hundred happy people having fun.
3) What was your least favorite moment of the year?
gosh. for once i really have to think hard about this. i've got no idea.

my house, drinking champagne in the pool.

a number of peeps: lozz, staj, zoe, bec, the cowboy, timmy, along with lacho and greg and their wives

not too sure yet, a few ideas been bandied about. i'm always pretty last minute with new years

april - went to tassie and the snow for the first time ever and loved it so much i wanted to move down there, plus i went to see sigur ros play
august - had my 21st/party which of course was mindblowing, and also saw mogwai play

21) Did you lose anybody close to you in 2005?
no-one died. i did drift further away from people i was already drifing away from however.

not at all really. this year was a boon, a blessing.

didn't go to the cinema once this year. way too much money these days. through dvd's i saw the proposition, which i saw at the flicks last year, but its such a terrific film

several. the biggest and best ones (in no particular order) were split enz (featuring evermore), sigur ros, mogwai, clare bowditch and the feeding set, and holly throsby
plus of course the epic meredith music festival: dallas crane, augie march, tim rogers and tex perkins, and rose tattoo, et al
27) Did you have a favourite concert in 2006?
split enz. i still cant believe a)that i saw them in the first place, and b)i was so close to the action

not as much as i did the two previous years, because this year i wasn't utterly depressed and angry. although there was a week in january where i practically lived on a diet of alcohol, drugs and hackey sack :P

again, not as much as years gone by, but i'll probably cut down a bit more next year anyway
