I have been swimming a lot lately, and afterwords I get really hungry. what is a cheep, high protine low cal food that I can have to tide me over?

been using thus iPhone app to track food and excercise and it's amazing how my choices have changed since using it

Swimming is NOT a good weight loss type of exercise precisely because it makes you so hungry afterwards.

It usees a lot of different body parts in a more constrained (mild) way so you burn out your glycogen before buildling up as much latic acid as you would with other exercise. So to recover you're going to
need carbs.

That said if it's not too intense you might find a better result by having a small amount of carbs an hour or two prior to swimming and see if it affects your hunger.
