Are you sure you even have a birth certificate? Maybe your mom is an alien.. or maybe your alien parents left you here on earth.. destined to never obtain a license.. the point i'm trying to make is to CALM DOWN. It's okay, I'm sure someone will give you a ride. I can offer you a ride, but I 'm not very reliable because my schedule revolves around a two week old. However, if you can't find someone more reliable, IM me. And now that I think abotu it, are you sure you need a birth certificate? I don't think I needed one.. just my SS card and insurance.. that's all kinda hazy though...maybe I'm wrong
