my grandmother is 87 years old, she's nearly lapped her last lap; she's dying.  got a tumor on the base of her neck the size of a baseball.  when they took a biopsy of it, the skin had to be broken there causing a weak point.  the whole thing ruptured shortly thereafter.  there is no other word for it besides disgusting.  she's been bandaged, weak
