Friends only?

Can someone please tell me how you can make your journal friends only?- Like where your friends only banner/post will be the most recent entry... I tried but it didn't seem to work.

I think, you have to set the Default Entry Security in your account settings to "friends". All entries now will be visible only for friends. But all earlier entries are still visible. You have to change it manually (if you have a paid account, you can use the "Edit Journal Privacy" and change the privacy level of all entries).
Post your most recent entry with the friends only banner and click below on your "post an entry" page "Everyone (public)" where it says "Show this entry to".
I hope you understand my explanations and it works, because I'd never done a friends only journal XD
