Today was up, up, up, up, DOWN, DOWN, DOWN, up, DOWN, DOWN, UP, UP

Today, Mr. Hart went crazy about Styx. Those of you in zero, wondering where my username came from, you heard it today. He was talking about Styx's loose concept album Paradise Theatre, and I said to myself "This is why you're one of my favorite teachers ( Read more... )

Unfortunately, Shakespeare's already died once; to do so again would be not possible...

Matt, I had a feeling someone would pull that.
And it does not suprise in the least that it was you!

PS- I wrote a poem about Phantasma in English today. It's amazingly ridiculous.

Mr. Hart started playing that record and when the guitars kicked in he jumped 3 feet in the air and freaked the hell out of this kid. Which was weird, because he went on to explain that he didn't really like the album itself, but loved it as a concept album. BUUT he's awesome anyway. ♥

Awww, I'm rather looking forward to the Shakespeare unit.

He went crazy, and told us all to sing along. I almost did, but ended up not. He ended up asking me a lot of questions about Styx. It was an amusing class.

And it will suck if you have to memorize the Shakespeare. In my year, they realized that you cannot memorize a Shakespeare scene in the time given. Hopefully Jim and Meg realize that for your class.

Eek. That would suck. I'll try and pick a scene I already know most of. :o
