I hate that you hate your job, I work in a callcenter myself, I take calls for Dell, who's the unfortunate company you work for.

I work for an ISP - the fifth largest in the UK.

They're not a bad company to work for, and the team I work with are great, it's just that we have the mother of all staffing problems and a recruitment frieze right now.

doh, i know what you mean, they do that shit at my call center all the time, it's really annoying when you're shorthanded because they fire off like half the staff but then won't hire anyone new
