why didnt anybody tell me about this "Leap Year" deal..
i still dont really get it...

but, um... Happy Leap Year.

I don't really understand that leap year either. It just seems like a mistake in time we all pretend doesn't matter.

Nature, it turns out isn't exact with its rotating around the sun. So eventually, over the course of 4 years, we build up the extra minutes and hours and eventually a full day. So we add one on to the year, so that the seasons line up fairly consistantly with the months of the year.
