I had booked a city walk on Saturday which included lunch and a tour with Peter and Scott. We walked from the hotel to Peters Brauhaus, I think. It was more of a sprint so with my short legs and walking on the cobblestones it was hard to keep up. When we arrived we were at the same restaurant as Bobby, Hal and Harris. They were a comedy duo all weekend. Cologne is beautiful especially the cathedral which is an amazing piece of architecture.

I'm sorry I'm so late in responding to your post, Judy, but I'll explain more in an email. Also, being late to the party doesn't dull the excitement over what I'm reading one tiny bit. It is obvious that just being around the QAF gang is an adventure and totally fun. All they have to do is be themselves.

I was tickled to hear about Hal's gal. Always thought of him as a loner who jumped from one girl to another for some reason. Glad he has someone special. I'm presuming that Robert, Peter, and Randy didn't bring along anyone special or you would have surely mentioned it. I always love to think of them as having someone special in their lives too.

Btw, just out of curiosity is Nicky as adorable in person as he always seemed on TQL? I remember seeing photos of him and thinking he was as cute as can be. Thanks for these posts. They are wonderful. Huge hugs, Grammy

Summa was very friendly. Dixie talked to her more than I did. I know Hal has a baby to someone not her who's about a year old now. Randy was going to Berlin then home on the weekend to see his Brian. Don't know about the others.

Nicky was so sweet all weekend playing the tour guide and Cannes is just beautiful. I should have stayed longer than the weekend. Will send you some pics when I can. We went to St Marguerite Island in the harbour. An old fort which was very picturesque.
