OK this is for all my Toronto friends, I am looking at possibly coming down there this weekend. I need any information you have in regards to a motel that is close to downtown where a guy can crash and not spend an arm and a leg but not have bed bugs to worry about. So if anyone can send me some leads I would appreciate it. Bull I am trying to find

I believe there might be some "ok" places on Lakeshore West, near to where norrisbeach lives but I'm not sure how many or what types as I'm in the east end.

Obviously I'd suggest steering clear of downtown as it's just out of control price wise - any thoughts about staying perhaps out near the airport?

Well I kind of wanted to find a motel that wasnt too far from the hang outs. I have been doing some research on the internet and found a couple that arent too bad. Anything under a 100 bucks a night is good. Thanks for the info though dude.

Friends of ours stayed at The Grand last year and said it was pretty good, but I think it may be about $170/night.

I would say stay clear of the Crowne Plaza (I thinks changed to an Intercontinental, but it's the same chain) because they tried to screw up our wedding night! (If two guests arrive at midnight, one in a tux and the other in a wedding dress, is it reasonable to demand photo ID and a cash security deposit?)

We stayed at the Westin Harbour Castle - they're about $120/night.

No I am not from Toronto I live in Brantford LOL. If I do come this weekend I will be back down next weekend as well. I hope that you wont be all partied out from Van when you get back. If I dont post to you before you leave have a safe trip and do me one favour PLEAAAASSEEEE!! Try not to be so hard on yourself mmkay, I know parents can be well parents but just listen to everyone else, they all think you are beautiful and I agree.

Not too sure where we are going but it all hinges on whether or not I find a decent motel to crash in. Just keep your eyes open for updates LOL.

Find a place with two single beds (I love you, but not that much, LOL) and I'll crash there with you and split the price.
