Yup. Other people spoil everything (except for the few who don't, and the even fewer who make all the others tolerable).

eventually we will find our way back to school..... this is why i hate business and working for someone else. just wish i was smart enough to get my own business/scheme going. ;)

Sorry to hear you live above/next to such an Ass Hole! I hate it when other people just don't have any common courtesy for those they live around. Coo-doses to you for the efforts you have made to get this guys attention for no doubt disturbing others he lives next too as well as your own. I have very little tolerance for people like that and make sure they know it. I salute you!
