Inspired by a tv prog

Suppose you got some money out of a cash machine, and noticed that your account wasn't debited.

also - the next withdrawal from that machine wasn't charged...

what do you do?

Me - I'd probably pinch a bit, and then tell the bank or machine owner

I'd set the money aside in a savings account assuming the bank isn't open. I'd then try to debt my account again properly. If it didn't work the second time then I'd expect my account to be debitted the correct amount later.
