Good news and bad news...

I thought they didn't make my camera anymore... but they do. It's a Kodak DX7630, $300. When I originally bought it I bought it through my Dell work program that saved me like $100 when it was all said and done, AND I could charge it to my Dell account ( Read more... )

they can't fix it? :( i guess you'll be getting a digital camera from me for xmas.

I talked to Kodak today and they said I could ship it to them. If they can tell it was obviously dropped, then they'll charge me to fix it. If they can't, then warranty will cover it. I asked the girl on the phone and she said it's usually about $150 for repairs if warranty doesn't cover it... which is a LOT LOT better than buying another $300 camera.

So no -- no camera for Christmas from you. I'd much prefer a lapdance and a booby show. Or for you to make a larger payment to your credit cards... there's no use for BOTH of us to be in debt that we will never see the end of. :)
