I love the fact that girls need to know how a guy feels. It's kinda annoying that we have to disclose personal information. Information that can be used to belittle us or against us. It's stressful knowing that being honest with your feelings and telling them to someone can totally break either your heart or theirs ( Read more... )

i only think that long distance relationships work if you have been in the relationship for a long time, if it just started over the summer it might be harder to work out.

i would also say that new relationships are not meant to be long-distance ones. i think that any relationship needs to be decided on by both people. for some people, splitting up for a month or so will be right so that both people can get settled into the new school year...i know my friend was really strained when she and her boyfriend were put into that situation. it was long distance and new experiences. it's hard to hang onto old things and try to fit into your new life at the same time. if you decide to stay together it might take some work but if you can get thru a long distance thing, then you can get through a lot. you also need to be very trusting of the other person if you're gonna do that.

oh, t. don't fret. have hope. that's what i'm learning. if it's meant to be and you really love the person, then have some faith and hope that it will work. and girls want to know how you feel so that they can see if you feel the same. to see if something might work. and it just might. i think "she" (we both know who) is an amzing person. and it might just work. you both seem to like each other alot. so have some faith and it might work. that's how we're doing it.

I think that the relationship is over. At least until I come home from my mission. JSYK I haven't spoken to her since YC. I'm not counting on anything from that relationship anymore. I'm glad that everything is working out for u & ur prince charming. :)

Since YC? But i thought that you two were completely committed...
And look at dave and holly, they've worked the state-to-state thing. And spencer and i are pretty happy and we're 2400 miles away. yeah there are many times i wish i could just go see him, but i think this is actually kind of a fun way to test our faith. to see if we can really do it. and thanks for the wellwishes. things will get better. they always do.
