Today is father's day. I had fun eating with my family. We went to Ted's because my dad has a strange fascination with bufalo. Me and my dad both had the bison pot roast and it was good. It was kind of a sad day though. My sister is leaving tuesday for florida. This means that my parents are going to be in moody by themselves. That would be ok

Also, I know exactly what you mean when you talk about your relationship with God. I've been having a lot of those moments where I feel like I've dug my pit of sin and degradation too deep. So deep I feel I can't even see the light anymore, but I know its up there. and Though God has thrown a rope down to pull me up again, I can't ever seem to make it before sliding back down again. To know this and feel this way, I believe, is part of being a Christian. If you read Paul's letters in the Bible, you'll see how he refers to himself as "the least of the saints" or "the least among you" talking to the churches. Every Christian who has grown in the Holy Spirit, I believe, has felt that way. Though we know we are forgiven as God's children, that doesn't take away our guilt and shame of being human.
