Ok, so it's time to update. Boredom has once again overtaken me. Curt is out of town this week, which means a lonely apartment. Mainly, all I've done this week is work out and go to calculus class. actually, travelling at the speed of light would make your mass equal to zero. maybe that is what you were saying, but that's why it won't work, at least not in our dimensions... btw i love you, michael.

You missunderstand, Neal. I was stating that reaching the speed of light is impossible because of the requirements to approach that speed, not because of the state of the matter experiencing that speed. As one uses energy to accelerate anything, it's mass increases, which means it becomes continually harder to accelerate it any further. Reaching the speed of light, according to Hawking, is impossible because it would require an infinite amount of energy. You are saying that it is impossible to exist at the speed of light bc of the state of matter, which is 100% correct. I am saying that is impossible to reach the speed of light because of the impossible input of an infinite amount of energy, which is also 100% correct.

yep. I know you have the audioboook of The Universe in a Nutshell by Stephen Hawking so, second track, elapsed time 2:30 - 3:15 should be pretty much exactly what I said. If you have any problems with that, write Professor Hawking about it. His email is SWHawking@damtp.cam.ac.uk .

Don't worry I fixed it...It was one of those things where you type a sentence and then erase it but still accidentally leave in 2 words from the old sentence.Did the words "than previously" really throw you off that bad, or are you trying to be a jerk?

This is Price and Maggie!!! we are at work...surfing the net...and we would just like to say that girls do not suck, were you not at the St. Claire County Junior Miss the other night!?!?...yes, you were. Girls are amazing! The pageant, I mean PROGRAM, was amazing, not the least bit boring, NOR CHEESY. Girls have skills such as clogging, "dancing", "singing", "acting/singing", baton twirling (even 2 at a time), and many many more. We ask that you reconsider your previous statement because, clearly, girls are the most amazing creatures ever created...take Mischa Barton for example, she is so gorgeous, and Piper Parabo, and mary-kate and ashley,and all the other famous gals... anyway, until the next pageant,
