I'm trying to migrate from Internet Explorer 7 to Firefox cos everyone keeps telling me Firebox is better. Everything is in a different place and I'm so used to clicking on an "e" to get to the internet, so it may take some time

Ooooooh, i've just done a credit card balance transfer from sainsburys bank to tescos bank. I hope i dont get any grief! i just wanna be able to pay off my balance on interest free for the next 14 months and be rid of the thing! if you dont mind me asking, what went wrong?

i wish I knew what went wrong ... something to do with missing or incorrect information in their back end system that's nothing to do with me!

Sainsbury's were adamant everything was fine. Natwest were claiming that something was wrong with Sainsbury's end, but neither could tell me exactly what was wrong.

In the end, I told Sainsbury's to decline the recall notice and that appears to be the end of it! Let's hope so anyway ... I think this is an exception rather than the norm, so I suspect you'll be fine.

easiest way to make the change is to delete IE and ONLY use firefox. seriously, its so much more stable. You can download a theme/skin which makes it looks like IE (why you'd wanna I dunno!!)
