I've found your perfect roomate, as you living with ANYONE turns into shit. You need a lesbian roomate. A woman who thinks you are a slut, and would not date you and/or fuck you. Then the two of you could go out and pick up chicks, and if she's dyke, then your roomate gets her, no down the middle shit. She'd be clean, and rarely around. Matter of fact, you just need 3 roomates that pay rent, but don't live with you. :-p
