I've been talking about cycling for a few posts now, but this week I've finally got on my bike (HA HA HA KILL ME). My Grandad heard I was planning on going to Halfords and gave me a bike he's had in the shed for years and not used. Glad to hear you're getting very mobile, im quite lucky around my way as Kew and Gunnersbury park make for a great cycle route and just a stones throw from my front door. A good week would see me taking turns on a daily alternate of 3mile jog and 6mile bike ride, tho the jog has me questioning "why am I doing this?" and the bike ride "why arnt I doing this more often??" Biking is awesome :D

Also... a 47mile route is intense, even a constant average 10mph would see out the best part of 5hrs. Make sure you document any attempt!

Biking is awesome indeed ... Before moving to Macao I was planning to get a bike here but then I found out it's forbidden to cross the bridge from my island to Macao D:
