well usually it involves you being a girl. Having had a certain amount of experience (mostly of the embarassing "wish I hadn't ever done that" or the "I'm so embarassed I wish I was dead" variety) with both women in general and specifically with a couple lesbians, keep in mind that they are lesbians. Don't make the all-too-common mistake of assuming that despite the fact that they've never been interested in guys before that somehow they're going to be interested in you. Hopefully you're smarter than I was {sad, wry grin}. In my defense I was very young in every sense of the word.

Which is really annoying.
I'll bet - now every teenaged punk in the greater Charlotte area is going to think you want to drag-race.

It's going alright....we're finally getting down to the in-depth training stuff, and I'm learning to take my hands off the small stuff and get to managing people and trouble-shooting.

As for the other... well, I just felt the flirt coming my way, that's all. And she wasn't *always* a lesbian, apparently... I just get the feelin.
