Buying beach house

After long consideration I have decided to buy a beach house from a friend who is liquidating his assets.  The place is perfect with a view of the ocean and enough privacy that I don't have a bunch of beach strangers wandering through my backyard

Let me get my act together and hosting an LJ gathering might be the next step. I am still not clear how much of the furniture this guy is taking with or selling. If he doesnt' move some of his stuff out soon, when my stuff arrives it will start to look like a frat house with 4 couches, 3 kitchen tables and so on.

One of those tables could make a good beer-pong table. :)
