Online Backup Services?

My comp is so full I don't have room to create a disk image for dvd backup any more, and it's gonna be at least another month before I get my computer in for installation of more memory and the new battery it also needs.  Online backup seems like a good solution....  Does anyone use it?  Got a recommendation?

I like backing up to an external firewire or USB hard drive. Carbon Copy Cloner works really well for that

For some reason I made the assumption you're using a Mac. if not, the software recommendation is no good, but using a USB drive for backup is still good, you'll just want to sue different backup software.
