after i read this article, i emailed it to my friend from brown who did the BU ecuador program, asking her if she knew this girl:

"yeah... actually, meghan was in my group. She was traveling with her boyfriend in Peru after most of us had gone back to the states (which is where I am now). We all just found out yesterday (whoa, it feels like a million years ago that i didn't know about this!) and I think most of us are still kind of in shock, just trying to make it a reality. In a tight group of only 14 students it's impossible not to get to know everyone really well, but i would have to say that meghan was one of my favorite people....We're all just trying to keep in touch a lot and help each other through it."

I am not sure how well you knew Meghan, but...I just thought I'd share that.
