So I left my zyrtec liquid gels, the first time I have ever bought them, in my bag and a few times that bag was in the car, most to all of the day.

Well with the recent heat wave I think this killed them. Its been twice that ive taken them and not experienced any reliefs...

Yeah that would do it. Also don't store your drugs in a box that you keep right above the dishwasher, it's not smart either :-/
