I can help by giving feedback on your demo, and the only other advice I can give is to listen to other pro demos for ideas. And I would suggest sending your demo out to voice over agents, as well.

I have to make sure my two demos are the crack a lackin bomb if I am to do that. I don't wanna give a bad first impression...beyond using the term "Crack a lackin" XD
