I was at Azia last night and the caterpillar lounge, the attached bar. There was a fair crowd in the lounge after we ate, and this goofy looking guy came up to us and asked if he could sit and and chat. I'm pretty sure he was on X, since his hands were super warm, pupils dilated and he was somewhat frazzled and very outgoing. Anyhow, he was nice
