A No-Gift-Christmas! Yes!
My family decided to not do gifts, since no one needs anything and time spent together is what everyone wants. We'll get stuff for my niece. And I'll probably get small stuff for everyone, but I couldn't be more happy.

I mean, seriously, I can make the leap that if I took time out to get someone a gift, even if it's not a gift they *love*, they at least appreciate me thinking of them. They don't have to send me a card. It's sweet, but not worth the hassle IMHO.
My family does that, and that's what I *mostly* grew up with.
