yeah so today my grandma went into the hospital...they think she had a stroke, i worry, of course...but it seems like she is doing better, i dont know whether to be happy that shes doing better, or sad that she has deteriorated as much as she has....it saddens me so much to see she cant do stuff she used to do, only a year or so ago...and it ( Read more... )

*insert sad face* Awww, I hope your grandma's doing as well as her situation allows. So why is it that you can't visit her? You know, you can always just call her. It may not be as personal as you want it to be, but it IS human interaction after all.

i cant visit her cuz im too busy, and a phone call is alright, but its not the same....altho i have talked to her since this post, shes alright, jsut a bit tired, grandma doesnt want me to see her "in this condition" so i cant visit her even if i do have time

About 2 weeks before my grandma died she said the last words she ever would to me. "I think you've gone to pot."

A week later, when she could no longer speak, I crushed the portion of her chest that was possessed of the tumor trying to help her into bed. The last sound I ever heard her make was "Ungh".

Don't feel bad, you won't fuck up as bad as I did.

im a bit slow...most of the time all my posts are on friends only, so i was like...how did he get to read this?? then i realized i forgot to put it on friends....its cool of course, im sorry that that happened to youre grandma...mine is better now, shes in an assisted living place, she hates it but shes safe, so i told her shell just have to suck it up until we can get her a live in nurse....and you were trying to help, its not like you meant it to happen...j man is it??? well its nice to meet you, and if you like ill put you on my friends list
