Lonely and tired

I am enjoying my work, and helping people, in particular an existing client's elderly mother. They have tried everything and she doesn't want to have surgery or injections. So I really hope that I can continue to help her. It is hard to keep a humanitarian spirit at times, with time and money pressure. But if you remind yourself why you do you job

If the ruler of the whole universe cares about your comfort and welfare, then maybe it's OK for you to care about it as well :)

Maybe you could find someone you trust and ask if you could catch up fortnightly/monthly for you to talk at them. I think everyone needs someone like that in their lives.
