It seems i have been repreaved from my fretting about how to cat herd organise 8+ tickets for Rocky Horror in June. trashcan17 has gallantly stepped in and offered to arrange things. He has even put up a poll (which i can't do cos i still haven't got around to paying yet) so that we can decide which day is best ( Read more... )

That's what email's for -- get a vote of interest on LJ, then take it to email. It really is the only way to organise large groups.

indeed .. we get the idea of numbers .... Jean has already got a plot of reserving 40 tickets for Sheffgoth types + some of her work mates and other alt types ... just getting an idea of numbers and when people want them and then we go mad in sorting things !

Think it was the idea of the size of the sum of money that was worrying me. Also someone else would be buying my ticket, it could get complicated. Especially since i was told i'd need to know straight away.

If we can work something out whereas Jean can book a huge block and my sister can pay for a couple of seats out of the block that would be great. Or even next to it if we know where.
