Three Days

For the past three days I've had to go off my anti-depressants and physc meds so I can have an allergy test today. I asked the allergist several times if it's okay for me to be off them and he reassured me it would be fine. Not only have I not slept for 3 nights but I seriously crashed and burned yesterday, pretty much unable to get out of bed all

Hope you are better soon. I know when I was off my antidepressants for just two days I went into a real tail spin.
