The Tourtures of Disneyland

On Saturday, DisneyGurl and I went to Downtown Disney for dinner. When we got there, about 7:30, the restaurants were very busy. Rainforest Cafe had a half-hour wait to even put in your name and at the ESPN Zone, there was a line to wait in to get inside to wait in line to get a table. Small World has always been evil. Those demonic little people singing the same horrible song over and over again. All dressed up in twisted little costumes. DEMONSPAWN!!!

Small World and Toon Town ought to be quarantined in the brand new Disney No Fly Zone.

All Disneyland restaurants are way too expensive, too. Although if you go to the place in New Orleans Square by the exit from the Pirates and get their clam chowder in a bread bowl, you can fill up for less than most of the other places cost.

I still remember smuggling in bags of Cheerios and Capri Sun pouches when the kids were in grade school. We never would have been able to afford it, otherwise.
