Here’s a short recap of my week. On Sunday, I took 4 hours of overtime. My god was it boring. I took a total of 9 calls the entire day, I kept count. What made it worse was that I didn't bring a book with me that day. Fortunately I had my book of logic problems there. I got quite a few of those done. Today was the day I was suspended from work. And I treated it just like any normal day off. I took DisneyGurl to work at 11. From there I went to help my Dad move furniture at his friend's house. Today we woke up about 10-ish and got ready to pick up DisneyGurl's brother and his wife at LAX at 12:40p. They are going on a cruse to Mexico for the weekend for her (his wife's) birthday and we volunteered to pick them up from the airport and drop them off at the harbor, thinking we had time to hang out with them. Well, the Oktoberfest trip was a bit of a bust. No one was able to go, and we almost didn't go either. We ended up getting two bills we had forgotten about the day before, and that pretty much wiped us out monetarily.
